KRAV MAGA SELF-DEFENSE WORKSHOP

Friday, April 25th, 2008

Tuesday, April 29th, 2-4pm in the Darwin Quad @ SSU

Would you know how to defend yourself if you were attacked?
Come learn how to protect yourself with the basic and effective self-defense techniques of Krav Maga!

Danny Zelig from Berkeley Krav Maga will be joining us to demonstrate this
no-nonsense approach to self-defense and teach us to be better prepared to
defend ourselves.

Krav Maga (Hebrew ??? ???: “contact combat”) is an eclectic self-defense and military hand-to-hand combat system developed in Israel, which assumes no quarter, and emphasizes maximum threat neutralization in a “real life” context. It came to prominence following its adoption by various Israeli Security Forces.

If you want more information, or to sign up for this workshop, email director@sonomahillel.org .
